I frequent this Wendy's when in the area and always use the drive thru. The staff is friendly but I don't like ordering from the person taking orders opposed to ordering thru the speaker. The person that's at the drive thru has a menu card but it doesn't have all the food items and I not totally familiar with the entire menu. Now for the food, it's always fresh, tasty, and full of flavors. I love me some Wendy's and love that they have healthy options.

Stopped at this Wendys yesterday after dropping a friend from his house. I ordered my same Triple Bacon Burger and fries. Customer service was ok. Place was a little dirty inside. But all in all cool.
The food here is fresh and the service is quick. We don't really go inside often, but compared to some of the other areas of this shopping center, it tends to be pretty clean. My favorite item is their breakfast potatoes, they're the right amount of peppery and crispy. I recently tried the Cinnabon bites and they were sooooo much better and fresher than the last actual Cinnabon I had at the mall, which was surprising and they were cheaper than the mall Cinnabon too! I wouldn't hesitate to return.
Interesting ... I had the Baconator this morning and I think they've added a cream, or cheese sauce. Or is it supposed to be a sort of bechamel sauce? I don't know if it's new, but I've never noticed that before. I liked it! I thought it have a nice creamy factor. Gave 4 stars because the bacon was not crunchy and crispy like it usually is. Also, the coffee is not that great.
